Refund & Cancellation Policy

CTC Decoder is free, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies only if we offer a paid feature in future.

1. Delivery

Any paid feature would be a digital service, available as soon as your payment is confirmed. If it hasn’t started within 24 hours, email us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

2. Refunds

  • Within 7 days: if you’re not satisfied, email us within 7 days of paying for a full refund.
  • If something didn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, we refund you in full.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.

3. Subscriptions

You could cancel at any time. Access would continue until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you wouldn’t be charged again.

4. How to ask

Email skynettstudio@gmail.com with your email address, the payment date and the transaction ID. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
