1. What CTC Decoder is

Free calculators that turn an Indian salary package (CTC) into in-hand pay and compare job offers. There is no sign-up, and the calculations run in your browser.

2. Estimates, not advice

• Results are estimates for planning. They use the income tax rules, slabs and common payroll practices stated on each page, and your employer’s payroll may differ (for example in PF, gratuity, variable pay, allowances or the tax regime you choose).
• Nothing on this site is tax, legal, financial or investment advice. Check important decisions against your offer letter and payslip, or with your employer or a chartered accountant.
• We update the tax rules when the government changes them, but we can’t promise every figure is current on the day you use it.

3. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• copy or republish the calculators or their content as your own product;
• use bots that overload the site, or try to break, probe or bypass its security;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead or harm others.

4. Paid features (not offered)

CTC Decoder is free. If we ever add a paid feature, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay, payments will be handled by a payment partner (for example Razorpay), and refunds will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Our content

The design, code and original writing on this site belong to Skynett Studio. You may link to and share any page, including your comparison links.

6. No warranty

We provide CTC Decoder “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on these calculations, such as accepting or declining an offer or filing taxes. If you have paid us, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or change or stop the service. When we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
